ABOUT US - WHAT WE DO

AAD Communications was established by a team of professionals with more than 20 years industry experience, in order to meet the needs of Small to Medium Size Enterprises. We supply a range of Business Telephone Systems, Closed Circuit TV Systems, Security Alarms, Computer Network Designs and Cabling Solutions.

Our engineers are trained professionals with many years of experience. All work is fully guaranteed and carried out to the British Standard (BS6701)

We supply telephone systems that provide a complete communications solutions for various industries, with latest communications platforms thus providing improved efficiency and productivity. These systems have the ability to integrate your staff, your phone system and IT infrastructure.
In addition the systems supplied will help to reduce traffic congestion, The Communications Server will deliver advanced Voice Data, wireless Communications in a single platform.

The Communications Servers has a comprehensive range of features and functions. Such as ISDN, Calling Line ID (CLI), Direct Dialling In (DDI), to individual extensions and Computer Telephone Integration (CTI).
CTI enables you to manage all the services of your telephone system from an easy to use Windows application from your PC. Some functions include making and taking calls, on screen dialling, speed dialling, conference calls and screen popping that appears with the caller’s details.

Operator and Group working will also ensure that all calls are handled efficiently within your organisation. Additionally trunk to trunk transfer and call diversions allow calls to be seamlessly forwarded to external destinations such as a mobile or to another office.

VOICE OVER IP

If your organisation has a number of locations, the networking capabilities can create your own IP network. Calls can be made between extensions and remote home workers, or to other sites via a data network thus reducing traffic on telephone lines.

Security - Our security systems include CCTV systems, Digital Video Recording Systems, telephone controlled door entry systems, Access Control, Intruder Alarms that suit your business requirements.

Cheaper Business Tariffs - We provide customers with a cheaper way of making telephone calls using Least Cost Routing (LCR) options. LCR provides cheaper route for outbound calls. The set up procedure is free, simple and straight forward. Significant savings can be achieved over a period of time. We also provide fixed telephony voice solutions to 0800, 0844, 0845 and 0870 numbers

Computer Network and Structured Cabling - We offer a full Computer Cabling service, both for telecoms and for IT Network. We provide complete solutions specially tailored for your requirement from consultation to commissioning of all systems. Our service agreement for support and maintenance is based on eight (8) hour or four (4) hour response time for emergency call outs.

Leasing Options - We offer several Leasing Options that give you the ability to reap all benefits, without the hard work, leaving you to continue with your business, whilst we take care of the delivery of your requirement.
